IT Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. As a IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, prioritizing them, and simplifying them for easy analysis and strategic decision-making by top management. You will also be involved in creating Business Intelligence models and reports.

This role will report directly to the IT Manager, who will provide guidance and oversight to ensure alignment with the organization’s overall IT strategy.

Main responsibilities

• Collaborate with other teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of our business processes.
• Design solutions to address business needs, and develop plans to implement them.
• Gather and analyze data to inform business decisions, and develop reports to track progress.
• Create and maintain Business Intelligence models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making, using tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to provide insights and trends to the company.
• Create and maintain documentation of our business processes, and ensure that it’s up-to-date and accurate.

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or Process Management.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar Business Analyst position.
• Fluent in French and very good level of English.
• Experience in project management
• Experience with one or more BI tools

Skills

• Strong business acumen and customer oriented

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is an asset
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Odoo ERPs is an asset
• Knowledge of the Python language is an asset
