Bingoal is a Belgian company with more than 20 years’ experience in providing online and offline sports betting and casino games. Today, Bingoal is a dynamic and ambitious company looking for an experienced & passioned IT Manager. As such, you will ensure optimal performance of the IT department in order to contribute to Bingoal’s continuous growth in Belgium & abroad.

Key Responsibilities

More specifically, you will be guiding our IT department towards the future by:

• Analysing and assessing the current context to have a clear view on the situation AS/ISand thendesigning an optimized approach to ensure continuity & quality while preparing for the future
• Translating business objectives and management requirements into a successful & adapted IT strategy including processes, tools, systems, … that will ensure said objectives are reached
• Establishing & managing the ICT budget
• Developing clear objectives & KPIs
• Planning, coordinating & supervising the IT effort to ensure efficiency
• Leading & supporting the growthof Bingoal’s expanding team of IT professionals (including development, system administration, security, …)
• Providing technical leadership&, when necessary, be ready to dig into programmingin collaboration with the rest of the team
• Overseeingthe daily management of systems, networks and their security while striving to improve quality & professionalism
• Developing & implementing policies & best practices
• Identifying and acting on challenges & opportunities for continuous improvement

Your Profile

• You have at least 3-5 years of proven experience as IT Manager or similar role
• You have a solid experience with programming
• You also have excellent knowledge of general IT needs, functioning & practices in a company thanks to your broad hands-on experience
• Ideally, you hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Management
• You are fluent in English & Dutch or French
• An experience in a similar context (small team, dynamic company, …) is a great asset
• Knowledge of Intersystems Caché is a plus
• You possess outstanding & proven leadership skills and you are able to act as a trusted advisor to management
• Your solid strategic thinking&*decision-making* skills would allow you to effectively guide an entire department
• You can count on excellent project management skills that you are also able to share with others
• You are a strong communicator who believes in open & effective communication
• Your entrepreneurial & curious mind leads you to constantly explore opportunities & innovate
