Cu.be Solutions is a Belgian, niche software company, specialized in building tailor-made solutions.
Our customers are active in various sectors and have each have their own, unique challenges. Our goal is to provide them the best possible solution, and more.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager with experience in IT, Marketing or Digital.
Our ideal candidate is a go getter. He/she is assertive, empathic and has the drive to learn and grow. He/she is a true leader and coach, but also knows when to be strict and straight forward.
You will join a team where IT knowledge is necessary, since you are responsible for managing the backlog and your development team. Knowing their language and being able to speak it, is a must. But no worries if your IT skills are a bit dusted or limited. We are big supporters of constant learning, so if you are truly motivated, we’ll happily guide you into becoming a real tech nerd!
At Cu.be we have ambition to grow, at this moment we are investing in a new marketing plan and website. So if you happen to have some experience or know-how in Marketing, that would be a big bonus for us! We would love to have you as our sparring partner.

Profiel:
Experience
Project management: You will be responsible for managing multiple projects at once. Therefore it is important that you have at least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager and the ability to keep everything organized and on track. Of course, unexpected things happen. But it’s right in that moment that you feel the most motivated to find the right solution and bring order in the chaos.

Technical know-how: We are a software company. We use words like ‘staging’, ‘API’ or ‘merge requests’, on a daily basis. It’s not only important to understand what these words mean, but to also know their impact.
Business- and Process flow understanding: We always think together with our customer, because we strive for the optimal solution. This means that you need to have the right skills to understand complex processes and be able to put yourself in the clients position.
You will be working together with your team on the functional and technical analyses, so you can’t be afraid to challenge them with your insightful questions.
Stakeholder management: Our project manager is a bridge between our technical team and our customers. You will be having meetings with CXO’s, IT departments and various end users. Your challenge will be to translate the needs of the customer into clear tasks for our developers. Of course, when our developers have questions or remarks about certain features, you’ll be the go to person to discuss them with our clients.
Scrum and Agile methodology: We work in Sprints, organize Retrospects and always keep our Backlog up to date. You will be responsible for creating and managing tickets in Jira and keeping the backlog clean.
Application knowledge: Jira is your go to application. We use it to manage our projects, write technical documentation and provide support to our customers.
You also have experience with the standard Office apps and working in Excel has no secrets for you.
Marketing knowledge: This is a plus. As we mentioned above, we are investing in our growth. So if you have valuable experience in Marketing, let us know!
Languages: Bilingual (ENG – NL) English is our go-to language at the office, but our clients are mostly Dutch speaking.
Knowledge of French is a plus.
