Position Summary

As IT Support you will be an expert who will be supporting our company’s infrastructure, helping users across 10 countries and helping improve the tools we are we are working with!

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Administration, monitoring and maintenance of our network (LAN/WAN/telephony)
  • Responsible for data-security and backups
  • Supporting users across all levels of the company, advising them or troubleshooting any issues (workstation, network, server, telecommunication, etc.)
  • Support for daily routine operations within the IT department
  • Negotiating with external suppliers and consultants
  • Collaborating with colleagues from other affiliates (Japan/Germany)

What do we require?

  • Minimum higher education in IT and preferably you have 3-5 years of working experience in an IT related field
  • Knowledge of Networking, Server or Telephony structure and maintenance
  • Knowledge of CISCO preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Office 365, Windows Server, Microsoft InTune, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Cloud based platforms/services (AWS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Programming preferred (any language)
  • Very good level of English (business proficiency)
