We’re looking for a talented Consultant to join our Management Consulting department as part of our Customer team as from September 2021.

We’re a young, dynamic and growing team based in Belgium of +- 15 people, embedded in PwC’s European Customer Consulting practice with a total headcount of approx. 100 people.

What you’ll learn and do

As a Consultant, you’ll dive head-first into Commercial Excellence topics such as sales and commerce, service and engagement, marketing strategy and pricing and profitability. You will:

  • Advise on a wide range of commercial activities like pricing strategy, costing, client segmentation, portfolio management, profitability management, customer service and engagement, sales excellence, digital commerce and commercial reporting

  • Challenge clients on their current customer experience strategy and improve the end-to-end customer journey

  • Drive innovation by co-creating advanced new strategies and go-to-markets

  • Own a large footprint at the client by acting on all organisational levels, from determining new strategies to defining tactical guidelines and implementing superior operational processes

  • Become the trusted advisor of our clients by building meaningful relationships and learning about their challenges

Who you are

  • Master’s degree in business, civil engineering or economics, possibly complemented by a second master’s degree in corporate business, innovation management or strategy

  • Maximum 2 years of work experience, or now completing your final year of studies

  • Analytical mind and lots of creativity

  • Proactive, client-oriented mindset

  • Ability to process and derive insights from large amounts of data, using the appropriate tooling

  • Ability to transform challenges into opportunities

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Eagerness to learn

  • Fluency in English and either Dutch or French; working knowledge of the other

  • Available to start in September 2021
