We are looking for a new colleague to join us as a Marketing CRM/Campaign management consultant.

Your responsibilities:

As well as getting involved in the ongoing marketing campaign management and support of our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, you will be required to;

• Develop dashboard insights on our e-mail and marketing automation campaigns.
• Support ongoing development and implementation of our customer relationship management platform.
• Act as a consultant for the client, providing liaison, ongoing communication, managing client expectations and dealing with client issues
• Assist in developing effective processes and procedures

We are looking for a detail-oriented self-starter who can easily multitask, understands campaign management stages and is willing to learn on the job.

You have the following skills:

• You have a strong interest in data and have an eye for detail.
• An analytical mindset, you enjoy managing and developing campaign processes.
• A fact based mindset and you are thorough in everything you do.
• You enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Interested to work in a multi-disciplinary and multilingual team.
• A positive, “can do” attitude with a client-focused mindset.
• College degree, or event/campaign management experience
• Excellent spoken and written English + French or Dutch

The Marketing & Communications team operates as an internal communications agency, planning and directly overseeing all marketing and communication campaigns relating to firm branding, advertising, key sponsorships and strategic partnership initiatives, public relations and corporate hospitality and event management. We also manage and execute the firm’s internal and external digital marketing strategy. Our expertise covers online puslishing, marketing and advertising techniques and CRM strategy.
