Are you a creative multitasker with a passion for content, campaigns, and communication?

WESTPOLE - Prodware Group is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Marketing & Communication Officer to help boost our brand visibility across internal and external channels—think events, press, and digital media.

???? This is an entry-level position intended for candidates with 1to 3 years of relevant experience. Applications beyond this range may not be considered in the selection process

???? Your Mission

As part of our dynamic Marketing team, you will contribute to a wide variety of tasks:

  • Support and drive internal & external marketing initiatives
  • Manage our social media presence (organic & paid)
  • Launch and track lead generation campaigns
  • Create engaging content for newsletters, mailings, and press
  • Help organize marketing events, fairs, and team gatherings
  • Design visuals and manage co-marketing tools
  • Track performance metrics and compile reports
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and PR agencies

???? Your Profile

  • A proactive, hands-on team player with 1+ year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English – this is essential
  • Creative, dynamic, and able to work independently

???? Tools & Skills

  • Familiar with HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Salesforce, LinkedIn
  • Bonus: Skills in photography and/or video production

???? You’ll work on-site at least 3 days a week (Mont-Saint-Guibert and/or Vilvoorde).

???? Occasional travel to Luxembourg may be required.
