Introduction

Are you a Junior Presales Consultant looking for an exciting opportunity or are you ready to take your first steps as a Junior Presales Consultant? You’re at the right place, because we are looking to hire you!

Function

As a presales consultant, you will
  • be primarily engaged in a presales technical consultancy role
  • be responsible for the writing of the technical solution of the proposals
  • ensure all customers’ technical and business requirements are identified
  • understand customers’ objectives and challenges by engaging the customer (together with the sales team) during online and on-prem meetings
  • contribute to the conception of the solution addressing and respecting all those requirements
  • collaborate with other technical teams involved in the conception of the offer
  • work in close collaboration and communicate with all presales specialists involved in the presales process to identify the interdependent aspects of the built solution
  • be responsible to present the offer covering both business and technical aspects in case a presentation of the proposal is requested by the customer
  • be involved in the delivery process by providing technical sizing analysis and budget studies
  • manage the delivery of ongoing projects

Our ideal candidate:
  • has a strong interest and basic experience in the field of Hybrid Cloud computing and IT infrastructure.
  • has a proven knowledge with multiple of the following technologies: different public cloud providers, server and storage components, networking, server virtualisation, etc.
  • has a proven working experience delivering and implementing solutions to customers.
  • has customer-facing experience.
  • has proven Technical and IT Services experience.
  • has perfect Business & Technical jargon both in English as well as Dutch and/or French.
  • can explain and present technical solutions.
  • can work on rapidly changing projects.
  • is self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • has good commercial acumen.
  • has good communication skills.
  • has affinity with both sales and technology functions.
  • has preferably a Master Degree in technical oriented studies (engineer) or relevant experience.
