Junior Site Manager

About the job

APK Group is currently looking for a junior site manager. As a site manager you are responsible for the daily follow-up of your site. You function as an intermediary between the site and the office and ensure smooth lines of communication between both. You work closely with the project manager and transform the theoretical design into the practical implementation.
Some of your tasks:
  • Managing shifts
  • You read off plans and interpret them correctly
  • Administration: reporting of quantities carried out & as-built file, organising transport of materials, ordering of materials, etc.
  • You work independently and together with your teams you look for solutions to build a beautiful project.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or equivalent through experience
  • You can lead and motivate employees.
  • You have a sense of organisation, quality, safety and responsibility.
  • You have a real hands-on mentality.
  • You like being on the yard.
  • First work experience in construction/electricals is a big plus
  • You can work with the common applications of Office (Excel, Word)
  • You have very good knowledge of the Dutch language, both spoken, written and understood.
