YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform tests in your lab according to industry standards and customer requirements
  • Write test reports and draw relevant conclusions
  • Ensure that the equipment in your lab is well maintained and calibrated
  • Ensure that your lab has all necessary supplies to operate smoothly
  • Ensure daily compliance to industry standards and company policies (AF4, ISO 16949, .. )
  • Ensure daily compliance to H&S regulations and 6s policies
  • Actively propose and implement continuous operational improvements

YOUR PROFILE

  • Electro-mechanical bachelor or equivalent through experience
  • Preliminary work experience in a technical field
  • Knowledge of automotive standards, engine trends, testing is a strong asset
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Team player
  • Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
  • Eye for detail, accurate and have a critical attitude
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks to meet goals and ensure test quality
  • Hands-on
