Description

In collaboration with a team of experienced colleagues and with the support of the Back Office Manager, the new colleague will be mainly responsible for the following tasks:
  • After thorough training, manage and process the legal files of the people who assign the company (customers, tow truck drivers, third parties,...);
  • Analyze subpoenas, collect the necessary information from internal and external parties in order to constitute a clear and precise answer;
  • Managing and following up on the procedures planned for wrecks in order to avoid storage costs (contradictory expertise, exchanges of letters with the client, return of plates, etc.);
  • Responsible for the analysis and processing of "cancellation insurance" complaints and the formulation of an appropriate response to the customers concerned;
  • Be a central point of contact within the Back Office department regarding specific issues related to the general conditions;
  • Understand the impact of changes to the terms and conditions and inform the teams of the adaptations;
  • Managing files in an autonomous and proactive way: taking initiative, detecting anomalies & communicating them to the relevant departments;
  • An investment and a motivation of "problem solver": identification of possible causes & search for solutions with the concerned departments.

Your profile

The colleague we are looking for:
  • Has a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a legal orientation;
  • Has a professional experience of at least 3-4 years in a legal function (legal manager, litigation, bailiff,...);
  • Has a very good knowledge of Dutch & French (oral & written);
  • Has an analytical mind, with attention to detail;
  • Is willing to share his/her knowledge with colleagues;
  • Works in a structured way, knows the global context and leaves nothing to chance;
  • Is resourceful and completes projects on time.
  • Enjoys diversified responsibilities and adapts easily to changes in the subject matter;
  • Demonstrates thoroughness and precision in maintaining an optimal level of quality;
  • Is solution-oriented and open to change.
