Job description:

- Receive, review and execute Group’s and external authority requests on

  • Corporate affairs reporting (yearly financial report update, social security direct reporting, etc)
  • Media Authorities control reporting (quotas, advertisement air time,…)
  • Reporting to IPR collecting societies
  • Collection of input for legal/regulatory assessment on Media regulation authority decrees (CSA and VRM)
  • Any recurring and ad hoc reporting or review on company’s proceedings or CP/PC 227 (Media) related general enquiries.

- Support the establishing of sound internal governance processes (ao management of internal approval systems and signature processes) based on Group’s governance and PMH current internal transformation. You identify and monitor best practises in processes reporting and provide a true informed-decision-making support

- Prepare complex deliverables on regulatory and HR topics under supervision of PMH management team, external and Group expert partners

- Manage and follow-up on pre-litigation

- Filing, keeping records and archives, classifying and updating all documents related to business administration and declarations, special cases treatment, constituting a know-how and processes database to ensure business continuity and continuous learning, including mapping of IPR rights and contractual license rights

- Ensure proper contractual renewal and exit conditions and due dates overview and signal responsible business owners on time of the necessary proceedings depending on business decision

- Support implementation, evolution and keep updated PMH HR tool follow-up system, requests the necessary confidential data to be provided by Group’s stakeholders, coordinate and gather internal and external to PMH information and data to allow sound decision-making and process execution on PMH management team’s behalf

Job Requirements :

  • Quick minded, ability to grasp complex interdependencies, assess sequential and parallel information requests to orchestrate so to obtain a complete view on the problematics derived from the activity scope you manage
  • Analytical, rigorous, organized. You have an eye for details, and you can prioritize your requests and communication by order of deadline and impact.
  • Capable of synthetizing complex topics and providing executive-friendly restitution of your work
  • Experience as contract manager, paralegal or comparable activity
  • Experience in the media sector, dealing with intellectual rights, is a plus
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years
  • Proficient in the following languages: EN/NL/FR.
