Maintenance and Service Coordinator Industrial

Ecolab is seeking a Maintenance and Service Coordinator to join its industry-leading Food&Beverage division, which is part of our Industrial organization.

Our Food & Beverage division is increasing food safety and product quality, enhancing sustainability, and boosting operational efficiency. We provide cleaning and sanitation solutions to food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing environments through a dual focus on sales and technical service/consultation to new and existing customers. As strong business partners, Ecolab works with customers to develop sanitation plans and programs, evaluate the processes and procedures, troubleshoot technical issues, and identify and implement operational efficiencies.

What will you Do:

• You will develop maintenance programs for our equipment installed customers, such as creating material listings, interval schedules, planning and place material orders.

• You will coordinate running maintenance contracts.

• You will coordinate the complete planning for service interventions, maintenance, projects, SLC’s (chemical check-ups) and 24-hours service.

• You will follow-up administration and manage service software.

• You are the first line communication with customers for issues, work permits, admittance to customer sites,…

• You will be the first contact with our sales team for the local service team in case of breakdowns, technical questions,…

• You will assist the sales team with standard offers.

• You are a permanent member of the local engineering hotline.

• You support the Ecolab strategy by improving the Ecolab equipment.

• You are a key player for knowhow transfer to install and startup of Ecolab F&B equipment by our technicians and external suppliers.

What are we looking for in a candidate:

• You preferably have a bachelor’s degree in electromechanics or related due to experience.

• You speak Dutch fluently and have a good knowledge of English and the second national language.

• You have strong PC skills and can work with MS Office suite.

• You carry aptitude and confidence to deal with large national and multi-national customers.

• You like to work in team.

• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• You have the ability to take initiative and work independently.
