Maintenance Team Leader

To strengthen our Maintenance Departmentbased in Braine-L’Alleud, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of

TEAM LEADER

(double shift 5 days/week)

As a Team Leader of our Maintenance Department you will provide the following services within technical operations of the building you will be in charge of and beyond:

• Maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Equipment reliability
• Maintenance compliance
• Team Management

You like to work in an environment where you can:

• Provide a clear status of Maintenance activities and support Production
• Liaise between notifications and operational maintenance team

You will contribute by:

• Curative and preventive interventions management
• Vibration analysis and lubrication plan management
• Routine checks management
• Expert role for equipment under his responsibility
• Following of KPI’s
• Recurrence analysis
• Increase reliability of equipment
• Control of compliant aspect for Maintenance activities (logbooks, work orders, procedures)
• Deviations, CAPAs and Changes management
• Maintenance plans (checklist) update
• Maintenance procedures update
• Service contract management
• Spare parts and stock (MRP) management for equipments under his responsibility
• Maintenance representative for FMEA
• Maintenance representative for Engineering projects (Hazop, URS,…)
• Participation or management of investment projects
• Represent the maintenance department with production
• Manage and train maintenance technician teams

Interested?
To fulfill this position you will need the following education, experience and skills:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Min 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry (GMP Environment) as well as

• Ability to work in cooperation with maintenance and production
• Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical manufacturing processes & laboratories
• Adequate balance of sense of urgency (operational) and strategic thinking (continuous improvement)
• Ability to take decisions & influencing skills
• Problem solving and risk management attitude
• Fluent in French and English
• Ready to work double shift(6h-14h ; 14h-22h)
