As of March 2022 we are looking for a Manager Global Flight Purchasing, Non-Allotment (m/f/d).

The Manager Global Flight Purchasing is responsible to ensure optimal commercial cooperation with airlines in sourcing non-allotment flight content for all TUI Group package and seat-only products.

This role can be based in any of our main TUI Offices in Europe and offers flexible working options.

About The Job
  • Carry out independent airline negotiations for TUI to achieve best commercial benefits for our company. Focus on having best flight content bookable at best conditions for TUI.
  • Define and readjust scheduled flight procedures in the purchasing environment, taking into account all relevant stakeholders. Assure all procedures are up to date for efficient work flows in our company.
  • Tactical renegotiations with the airlines through the entire year. Always make sure we have best deals and best commercial setup in place.

About You
  • Several years of professional experience in commerical aviation
  • Negotiation Experience
  • Strong social and intercultural competence
  • Independent, structured, solution-oriented and self-reliant way of working
  • Ability to understand complex work environments
  • Ability to work in an international team across several markets, very good communication skills
  • Very good knowledge Amadeus GDS
  • Very good knowledge of TUI internal booking systems (IRISplus, Atcom, JITS, Aircruiser, etc)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a benefit
