What is the role of a Manager UC at Dstny ?In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the team that delivers UC projects to our customers. Most of our customers are SMEs.
  • As Manager Unified Communication Destiny, you will help to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and correctly. Guiding, coaching and developing your team is crucial.
You will provide structure and a framework and you will familiarise your team with your methodology so that the status, impact and priority in each project are clear.You will have a bridging function between Sales, Operations and Support.What will you be doing?
  • You will coach, guide and support your team in their daily tasks.
  • You will familiarise your team with a structured way of working, and clearly map out the projects in a step-by-step plan.
  • You will assist your team with day-to-day planning, insights and project management
  • You will inventorise data and ensure clear reporting.
  • You will build good relationships with the various internally involved departments.
  • You will monitor operational processes and identify and implement improvements.
  • You will watch over the general welfare of your team
What knowledge and experience do we consider important ?
  • You have a Master’s degree or equivalent knowledge through experience.
  • Ideally, you have several years of experience in coaching and managing a team.
  • You are an empathic people manager with experience in situational leadership.
  • You are stress resistant and accurate and can act decisively when necessary
  • You are analytical, maintain an overview and set priorities.
  • You have experience with analyses and reporting
  • You have a strong interest in or knowledge of Unified Communications
  • You have good operational expertise in Teams, CRM Dynamics and Excel
  • You are bilingual in Dutch and French, and have an excellent knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of Prince2 or PMbok may be useful
  • Analysis - Structure - People management are key requirements for this role.
