Market Research Fieldwork Coordinator

Office-based in Kontich, Belgium

Permanent role, Part-time 20 hours per week. Ideally spread over 5 days (flexible).

Full time equivalent salary min is €19,968 to max €24,960

I am working with my industry-leading global Market Research company to recruit a Fieldwork Coordinator to focus on research projects conducted in Belgium.

Within this position, you will organise the fieldwork independently, taking into account field time, quality and budget. You will communicate regularly between the Project Management and the F2F Interviewers working in Belgium.

Responsibilities include:

- Motivation and supervision of interviewers

- Building up/rejuvenating the interviewer pool (placing advertisements, conducting interviews, training)

- Coordination of interviewer assignments & provision of working materials

- Organisation of training (in person/ by phone/ video conference)

- Coordination of quotas and quota control

- Registration of interviews

- Drawing up employment contracts for interviewers, checking fee and expense claims

- Maintaining the address database

- Languages: Dutch, French, English

We are looking for someone with a strong coordination background as this role is quite varied. You will need to be an excellent communicator as the successful candidate will be looking after multiple different personalities with the fieldworkers that you will be managing.

You will be office based in Kontich as one of the key duties will be to open the post from the field workers daily.

This is a part-time position with some flexibility regarding hours, ideally over 5 days per week.
