The incumbent will be part of the Distributors Team reporting into the Director Distributor Markets. He/she will be mainly responsible for providing professional assistance to the Department.

He/she will build and maintain excellent relationships with the Distributors, with the Product Team, the sales force, with external suppliers and any other internal and external parties.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Ensure the timely and correct delivery of marketing data to Distributors.
  • Maintain up to date statistical analysis records. Use information to provide reports for Sales team and Department Head.
  • Provide a timely and accurate weekly and monthly report to the line Manager.
  • Answer in a clear and courteous way any queries from both customers and consumers to maximize the customer and consumer loyalty.
  • Maintain irreproachable up to date product knowledge.
  • Draft price lists, order forms, etc. to share with the customers.
  • Create pricing approval flows and is responsible for the follow-up.
  • Continuously maintain accurate records via computer files that can be accessed at any time by colleagues.
  • Communicate with all departments for up-to-date information
  • Ensure an optimal relationship with customers by communicating with key contacts to ensure the issues are solved at the soonest.
  • Has key responsibility for collaborative forecasting, with support from the Sales Force. Maintain up to date forecasting records for planning department on new and existing product sales.
