Telavox is a provider of cloud-based telephony and collaboration services in Europe. Our Telavox Benelux/France office is located in Saintes, Belgium (near Brussels, close to Halle).

???? Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support ongoing and special projects within the marketing department. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager.

???? The role mainly focuses on:

  • Creating newsletters and monitoring their performance
  • Organizing third-party events & assisting in organizing our annual Partner Event (approx. 300 partners)
  • Copywriting & SEO (articles, blog posts, social media, etc.)
  • Maintaining and updating the website, analyzing performance via Google Analytics
  • Social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and reporting
  • Creating various types of content (brochures, visuals, forms, business cards, etc.)
  • Collaborating with partners to plan, develop, and execute co-marketing campaigns and initiatives that promote our products or services
  • Creating and providing partners with marketing materials and tools to support their marketing efforts

???? Desired Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or advertising
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
  • Creative mindset and a fast learner

????Candidate Profile:

???? Languages:

  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) – required
  • Proficiency in French & advantage is an advantage
