As a marketing intern, you play a supporting role in the global marketing team of Nupure, one of Europe’s leading probiotic brands. You will support closely the digital growth & acquisition team by focusing on KPI analysis & identifying opportunities. By supporting the brand manager & the creative HUB, you will get more insight into how content drives growth, converting data into actionable intelligence.

Key responsabilities:

  • Assist with campaign performance reporting and analysis across key acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, Outbrain, Taboola)
  • Track marketing KPIs across 8 European markets and help identify areas for improvement
  • Follow the entire lifecycle of marketing assets – from concept to go-live (briefing, validation, go-to-market coordination)
  • Manage and update project management tasks and timelines for ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Prepare weekly updates on campaign results, ongoing tests, and action plans
  • Support the team in implementing and monitoring strategic growth initiatives

Knowledge and experience:

  • Degree & qualifications: Currently studying Marketing, Business, Digital Media or similar
  • Experience: None required
  • Mindset: Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail; Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Google Analytics or Looker Studio is a plus
  • Languages: English, German appreciated
  • Soft skills: VHC values & curious about performance marketing and creative strategy; Proactive, structured, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
