Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Marketing Lead BeLux - Digital Marketing Lead ABN region who has a passion for patient health outcomes, with a drive to create innovative solutions, to come join our fantastic Alps Benelux Nordic Bone Team to be based inBelgium.About The RoleAs the Marketing Lead Belux & Digital Marketing Lead ABN you have a broad and variable role with strong focus on omnichannel approach. Your work consists of 50% of your time as the Marketing Lead Belux being accountable for alignment of all Bone solutions (projects, activities & patient programs) in the BeLux iPVU, either locally or ABN/EU initiated. You will be the driver of the localization and implementation of the EU and ABN Bone strategy and action plan in alignment with the Belux Immunology Lead and the Belux Immuno Solutions Lead. You will demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration skills with all internal and external Bone stakeholders in relation to the BeLux ecosystem. For the other 50% of your time as Digital Marketing Lead ABN you will share and adopt global strategies and EU Bone priorities with the ABN iPVU team. Facilitate & project lead localization of centrally developed EU solutions for Bone in ABN in line with local ecosystem insights, requirements, drivers and local regulations. Ensure Bone iPVU Patient Value Brand Plans (PVBPs) are aligned with European omnichannel strategy to drive maximum patient value. Align and discuss ABN Bone digital strategy with Digital Solutions Lead IMM ABN to ensure a coherent x-ABN digital business transformation. Utilize the full breadth of active and passive digital channels for optimal reach and insight for Bone in ABWho You Will Work WithYou are part of a team consisting of the Solution Lead, MSL’s and Healthcare Professional Partners. Furthermore, you will partner and co-create with external stakeholder’s on key projects that will drive patient value in the respective ecosystems. And align with the responsible MSL, Medical Solution Lead and Medical Governance to ensure the highest scientific and compliant standards of the solutions deployed in the cluster. KOLs, individual HCPs and payers to ensure Solutions developed drive meaningful and impactful value delivery for patients and stakeholders. And Patient Associations and Agencies. You report to the Ecosystem Lead.What Will You DoDigital ABN
  • Share and adopt global strategies and EU Bone priorities to the ABN iPVU team

Marketing BeLux
  • Provide the Belux Bone iPVU with impactful patient value solutions for implementation
  • Localize centrally developed EU/ABN solutions for BeLux in line with local ecosystems insights, requirements, and drivers (70/30 principle)
  • Develop local solutions for BeLux in line with local ecosystems insights, requirements, and drivers (70/30 principle)
  • Build, monitor and track implementation and KPIs of the solutions, measure their value and impact
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experienceandskills:
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experiences in a digital marketing working environment (Pharma)
  • Master’s degree in business or digital marketing and digital communication required, or degree in Life Sciences with appropriate omnichannel capability skillsets
  • Comprehension of different digital communication channels (e.g. programmatic advertising) and tools and ability to use them
  • Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven cross functional project team’s leadership
  • Fluent in English, plus proficiency in Dutch and French
  • Experience as content creation skills/ photoshop is a plus
