Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role (8hrs/w) for a Medical Secretary at Figur Women’s Health located in Antwerp. The Medical Secretary will be responsible for appointment scheduling, clerical tasks, utilizing medical terminology, managing medical office operations, and typing.

Qualifications

  • Appointment Scheduling and Clerical Skills
  • Proficiency in Medical Terminology
  • Experience in a Medical Office setting is a plus
  • Strong Typing skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills (replenish stock & tidiness clinic)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Certification or diploma in Medical Administration is beneficial
