Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor is advantageous

Must hold either a EU passport

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
Recommend design changes to enhance cost efficiency, streamline the construction programme, and improve specification and quality outcomes.
Demonstrate strong commercial awareness in decision-making and project management.
Oversee construction quality, ensuring high standards of workmanship and materials.
Collaborate with the contracts manager, site engineers, and other discipline leads to provide subcontractors and site personnel with accurate and timely information.
Review and understand drawings and specifications, promptly communicating any discrepancies or omissions to the design team.
Determine project resource requirements and effectively lead and motivate the project team.
Maintain the highest standards of health and safety throughout the project.
