The MPET Digital Services Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the professional coordination of all MPET Digital and IT services. He/she understands the business needs that are key for a 24/7 container terminal operations. He/She will prioritize the critical operational and automation services in the delivery and run processes and give appropriate attention to all Digital and IT services.
The MPET Digital Service Delivery Coordinator acts as a SPOC (Single-Point-of-Contact) between the MPET users, the ATS Shared Service Center and the internal and external Product Partners for the delivery, support and run of the Digital and IT services.
Tasks:
- Align with all stakeholders to deliver the most optimal, secure, performant and stable Digital and IT services
- Act as a SPOC (Single-Point-of-Contact) between the MPET end users, the ATS SSC (Shared Service Center) and the internal and external Product Partners for the delivery, support and run of the Digital and IT services
- Implement standard procedures to optimize the Digital and IT services quality
- Organize the Service Delivery meetings with the ATS SSC and the different product partners
- Report the status and follow up the action list of the Service Delivery Meetings
- Management and Performance Reporting
- Walk the floor mentality to ensure all concerns and needs are captured and addressed
- Act as guardian of SLA’s (including updates)
- Integrate Incident Management, Problem Management and Release Management in a global approach of customer oriented service delivery
The MPET Digital Service Delivery Coordinator reports to the MPET Digital Technology Manager
Profiel
Education:
- IT Education, Bachelor level or comparable experience
Experience:
- Profound knowledge and use of Excel? Word and Powerpoint
- Experience with Digital and IT service delivery
- Experience with ITSM tooling, preferably knowledge of Service Now.
- Experience with defining process flows in a scope of service delivery
Languages:
- Efficient communicator on both work and management level in Dutch and English
Competencies:
- Clear view on good Governance in a customer/supplier and partner relationship
- Precise, persistant well organized worker
- Team player
- Able to handle operational urgencies and related stress impact
- Willing to solve problems outside of Business Hours
- Flexibel, but firm when needed
