At DrumDrum, we don’t just supply industrial packaging — we give it a second life. We’re seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow our customer base across Belgium and France, helping businesses reduce waste, save costs, and hit their sustainability goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead national and French market prospecting — identifying and engaging high-potential customers.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of B2B clients in manufacturing, logistics, and related sectors.
  • Develop tailored, sustainable packaging solutions that deliver measurable impact.
  • Be the trusted advisor — building long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  • Champion the circular economy and help shape industry best practices.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English. (Mandatory)
  • A natural hunter with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Great listener with persuasive communication skills at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial, persistent, and driven by results.
  • Passionate about sustainability and innovation.
