Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for an Office and HR Assistant with previous work experience for our Antwerp Office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support
  • Prepare and publish job descriptions
  • Schedule interviews
  • Follow-up on the hiring process
  • Onboarding and leaving process
  • Update of personnel documents (A1, limosa, etc)
  • Schedule VCA exam and medical examinations
  • Collect and return approved timesheets
  • Research legal topics
Skills / Qualifications:

Skills / Qualifications

  • Strong organization skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
