  • Instructions/ documents to forwarder - Bill of Lading;
  • Issuing Invoice & Packing List
  • preparing set of documents for Nigeria;
  • shipping advice
  • follow-up Containers;
  • follow-up of shipments availability;monthly insurance declaration;
  • preparation of payments;
  • Request missing incoming invoices and follow up.
  • Archiving finished files,
  • keeping records up to date of Archived Files,
  • organizing destruction when required
