Robert Half is currently looking for a full time Order Processor for a growing company located in Leuven. After the interim period, you will be eligible for a fixed contract.

Our client operates in the Technology Sector.

  • You will review orders (mainly via email) and have telephone contacts with resellers;
  • You enter orders correctly;
  • You support the customer throughout the process;
  • You do the follow-up of orders from A-Z;
  • You maintain communication with customers and sales by mail and telephone;
  • You do the invoicing;
  • You support the sales team and have internal contacts;
  • You follow up deliveries: availability, payment;
  • You coordinate deliveries with the planning & logistics department.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of English. French or Dutch are a plus.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office and have previously used Excel, knowledge of an ERP system such as Navision is a plus;
  • You have previous experience in customer service/customer contact;
  • You are eager to learn and take initiative;
  • You are communicative and dynamic;
  • You are flexible;
  • You take responsibility and are a real team player.
