Job purpose
The People Solutions team in the Benelux is responsible for a broad range of HR activities with regards to payroll, Benefits and HR administration.HR Administration, Benefits and Payroll. We serve about 500 employees in our different locations: the EMIA headquarters in Zaventem, the Benelux Sales force, the Manufacturing site in Lanklaar and the Logistics Warehouse in Zeebrugge and Distribution Center in Borne, Netherlands.
As Payroll & Benefits Specialist you would be supporting HR Business Partners, Managers and Employees regarding payroll and benefits in our different locations. The population covers mostly white collar employees, but also support to blue collar workers population is required.
As our HR processes, tools and services are constantly evolving, you take on an active role in different HR related projects and provide your invaluable input to improve our administrative and payroll processes. You actively research all payroll and benefits related legislation in order to ensure compliance with legislation and introduce improvements where possible.
Together with the support of the Payroll & HR Administrator, you are the first line of contact for employees for questions related to payroll, benefits and social legislation, and play an active role in the onboarding process of newcomers.
You will play a role in diverse Benefits-related projects. You coordinate the annual bonus optimization (warrants-Fund Option Plan) process; Furthermore you actively support the Rewards Team on the annual merit review, the annual incentive process and the Sales Incentive Program.
Profile:
- Bachelor or Master in HR or related field
- Minimum a first Payroll experience
- Good knowledge of the Dutch language, written and spoken
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central would be a plus (SAP SuccessFactors is our HRIS)
- Interest in continuous improvement projects for payroll
