What will you be doing ?

For our Client (P&G B.I.C.) in Strombeek-Bever, we’re looking for a Customer Service Analyst.

In this Position, you will be an important link in the supply chain at one of the largest FMCG Companies in the world.

More Specifically, This Means

  • You will be responsible for order management, operations and customer management for some of the BENELUX Customers served by P&G.
  • You will think about improvements an digitization for the future of order management.
  • You know exactly what is going on with your customers and how you can take the relationship and cooperation to the next level.

What are we looking for?

A Candidate For This Position Should

  • You have a business/logistics education
  • Analytical thinking
  • You are social, you do not hesitate to speak to both customer and colleague by telephone or in person
  • You love working together in a team
  • IT affinity and / or skilled (master in Excel is a must, knowledge of SAP is a plus)
  • Ypu take responsibility
  • You have persistence
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English language in speaking and writing, French is a nice to have

What do we offer?

  • Duration : Project of +/- 4 months (starting asap)
  • 39 hrs a Week
