Job Title:Industrial IT support

Job Summary:

Ensure L2 and L3 IT support for Industrial DCS structure (typically PCS7) by responding to technical incidents an IT request from Data Owner.
Analyze user’s issues and work with the team for improvement.
Communicate with a different team during investigation such as: Monitoring team, IT security Team, Infrastructure team, Industrial Automation Team.
Create tickets with Vendor’s support for different application. (Such as SIMATIC PCS7, CAD Software, Engineering tools,..)
Participate in development of solutions, procedure and project/upgrade implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Proficient in IT environment, Network troubleshooting, Windows operating system.
Knowledge on DCS environment and Industrial automation structure such as PCS7 and Siemens Application. (Knowledge about OS Server, OS Batch,OS Client, SIMATIC Logon, Webserver, ... ) In an IT point of view on virtual environment.
Knowledges in Network, Firewall rules, Active directory,
Able to work on GMP environment
Available and flexible
Customer and service oriented
Must be fluent in French (both written and verbal) and English communication.

Essential Skills:

Having strong knowledge Knowledge on DCS environment and Industrial automation structure such as PCS7 and Siemens Application.
Knowledge about OS Server, OS Batch,OS Client, SIMATIC Logon, Webserver etc.
Able to work on GMP environment
Must be fluent in French (both written and verbal) and English communication
