The opportunity
Worldline is providing a PCI P2PE (PCI Point-to-Point Encryption) product, which provides an end-to-end secure solution for card payments at merchants via payment terminals. This is a strategic product for Worldline and very well received by the Merchants in the European market. To support the implementation of new products for this P2PE solution and to manage the P2PE product towards our Sales and Marketing organization, we are looking for a “P2PE Product and Process Manager”.
About the team
In this position you will be working in the “Process and Quality Management Team” of the Digital Services Team that is providing the terminal solutions within Worldline. As a strategy we will align these activities as close as possible with higher level Process and Quality Management within Worldline.
This is an international team, located in Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Belgium. We are looking for an additional team member for the team in Brussels, to support this newly launched product.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Your responsibility will cover 2 domains:
Project(s) that will implement new terminal products with the P2PE solution:
· Assure technical implementation of the P2PE solution in the end-to-end system architecture
· Support the project manager(s) to align the implementation and resolve problems
· Review technical implementation
· Define, document, and implement the processes that will support the P2PE solution through overall organization
· Align PE2PE implementation with existing processes
· Manage the certification of the P2PE solution for the given project
· Support the project manager(s) in project steering committees and reporting
Product
· Setup the P2PE solution as a product in the Worldline organization (definition of product, documentation, presentations and training)
· Setup a Quality Management System (QMS) supporting the operation of the P2PE solution
· Align this QMS with the overall Worldline Process and Quality Management
· Organize regular reviews and audits of all involved parties in the P2PE solution
· Organize and manage future regular re-certifications of the P2PE solution
Skills we can’t do without:
· Business Engineer with technical background (Master degree or similar), with at least 8 years of professional experience
· Proven Experience as Technical Engineer, System Engineer or Architect (designing and architecture of systems)
· Proven track record in process and or quality management
· Interested in Product Management responsibilities
· Thriving on quality
· Excellent team worker
· Good communication skills
· Customer oriented
· Welcoming an international setup
Skills we’d like:
It would be great if you have the following skills, too:
· Experience in Atlassian toolchain (Jira, Confluence)
· Experience within the payment industry, telecom or automotive industry
· Experience within a security context
· Experience in organizational development
· Additional language skills in German or French are helpful
