To support and reinforce our Commercial team we are looking for a Product Manager Adult Brands.Mission and Key TasksAs our Product Manager Adult Brands you will be responsible for developing a winning product strategy and innovation roadmap for our Europe Adult Care brands, with a focus on growing the Health Care business at Ontex in a commercially competitive and financially sustainable way.Main Tasks
  • Support the definition and implementation of a regional marketing & product strategy
  • Leading the healthcare portfolio management and innovation pipeline definition from concept to launch, with consumer needs at the center.
  • Conduct complexity reduction initiatives and manage capacity issues
  • Conduct business strategy analyses converting opportunities into product portfolio management
  • Strictly apply the environmental, hygiene, health, safety, quality and energy consumption guidelines in the product portfolio
  • Responsible for regulatory demanded changes for healthcare
  • Offer technical support to new category, brand and/or product launches
  • Map and understand consumer trends in service of product strategy
  • Analyze the customer’s needs and respond to them from a feasibility point of view (in conjunction with the group’s marketing department - Strategic Planning)
  • Anticipate and support product range changes according to cost, regulatory and other constraints
  • Manage and coordinate product launch files with Strategic Planning, in order to guarantee the deadlines agreed with customers
  • Provide support and expertise to sales teams and customers
  • Analyze the competition (products, prices, offers, etc.)
Background and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related areas (business, marketing, communication)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in product development and consumer Packaged goods (marketing experience in health categories is considerd a plus)
  • A strong technical and product driven know how, to define a range of products for the region
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Fluent in English
