A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager Connected Solutions who will lead product management and development of iCUE connected solutions for IAF (Industrial Air Filtration) within EMEA region.

Summary: you will research the region’s industrial filtration customers to understand their needs and how our services can create value for them. You will use this understanding to drive value propositions and feature roadmap to lead our commercial growth in connected filtration services. Leading our team to the customer, executing trials and pilots to successfully demonstrate our services. Developing and executing plans for service launch, commercial success and pricing models. You will closely collaborate with the EMEA Service and Aftermarket Sales organization. This is a pioneering role to help the transformation of our business into a more service-oriented organization based on connected solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the end user’s service needs and translate those into value propositions
• Partner with Marketing to develop campaigns, promotions and drive sales leads and awareness
• Develop pricing models for the offerings
• Partner closely with global team to execute roadmap and leverage current materials and capability (aftermarket, service, equipment)
• Organize cross-functional business teams to communicate and operationalize go-to-market
• Drive functional work to ensure the operations of the business run properly
• Drive both first-fit and retrofit initiatives in connected services
• Build the business case for new models balancing customer value and cost to serve
• Expand iCUE (Connected Solutions) deployment within the various products and services of other industrial businesses of Donaldson
• Develop and maintain partnerships and alliances in IoT and Factory 4.0

PROFILE

• Master Engineering, or equal through experience
• Relevant experience in engineering, product development and project management
• Self-motivated and driven
• Customer centric with the ability to drive propositions
• Communicative person who likes to take initiatives and act upon them
• IT literate, team and innovation oriented
• Strong experience in matrix organization and influential leadership skills
• Knowledge of English is a must, any other language is an asset.
