As a key part of our portfolio, ST Engineering iDirect offers a broad range of C, X, Ku and Ka-Band BUCs and LNBs which are offered as stand-alone products or as part of a solution; combined with antennas and our modem portfolio.

ST Engineering iDirect is looking for a Product Manager to drive the strategy, provide leadership, and to be the subject matter expert for this important product portfoio.

Responsibilities:
The Product Manager for BUC/LNB/ODU solutions will have broad authority and ownership of the product line and will
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from product / feature conceptualization through development, launch, delivery and end of life.
  • Assess market requirements and develop recommendations for technical product direction, evaluating and prioritizing features and enhancements based on business, customer, and strategic value
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Support organizations to ensure new product roadmap and development are consistence with the company strategy and commitments
  • Work closely with Engineering, Project Management and Product Owners to drive development of products and features
  • Regularly communicate and report product/project status to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the portfolio, supporting RFP/RFQ activities
  • Participate in worldwide events to exhibit existing and upcoming products
  • Develop product brochures, solution press releases, and other collateral in collaboration with Marketing
  • Describe and demonstrate key product and solution benefits to customers and sales team members through product presentations, webinars, and other avenues
Qualifications:
Qualifications for this role include:
  • 3-5 years of product management or related experience
  • Experience or working knowledge of VSAT systems, including familiarily with development of RF equipment, ODU, and manpacks
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing
  • Ability to effectively manage time and deliverables while working with global development, product management, and sales organization
  • Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills
