Job SummaryAs Product Marketing Manager you are responsible for the definition, monitoring and effective execution of the product marketing strategy in line with the overall company strategy and e-Commerce plan.You manage a team of 5 Product Marketeers, 3 Digital Product Content Writers and 2 Product Data Coordinators. Together you maximize the online and offline marketing presence of our product offering, trigger digital marketing traffic and optimize conversion to online sales.Your Responsibilities Include The Following
  • As a real people manager, you are responsible for the direction, guidance, follow-up and development of your team. You coach and motivate them so that they can use and develop their competencies, skills and knowledge effectively.
  • In consultation with other teams, you work out the strategic product marketing plan for each product family as well as for our service portfolio.
  • In order to optimize the product portfolio performances, you translate the defined product marketing strategies into concrete action plans per product group, substantiated with SMART objectives, as well as a budget and resource planning.
  • You monitor, measure and report out on the performance of all product marketing activities in order to continuously improve their return on market investment and cost-effectiveness.
  • You install an effective cross-departmental collaboration to stay on top of evolving and changing market- and product trends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • You have a Master’s Degree or equivalent by experience. You have at least 7 years of relevant experience (B2B, product marketing, product management, digital marketing, …).
  • You have a technical background and experience in a B2B environment.
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You have proven people management experience and you are a real team player: you can easily deal with employees and manage them in an appropriate way.
  • You have managerial experience and strong organizational and planning skills. You have the ability to deal with strict deadlines.
  • You’re a positive critical thinker with a healthy ’do’ attitude.
  • You have strong analytical skills, are fluent with data/numbers and can generate insights to help advance the business.
  • You have a high sense of ownership and take initiative. You are decisive and can react quickly and effectively.
  • You are able to deal with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • You are stress-resistant and can work with tight deadlines.
  • You are flexible and have a good ability to adapt in an ever evolving and fast changing environment.
