Do you like data for breakfast, marketing strategies for lunch, and impactful campaigns for dinner? Then welcome to our buffet. Further on the menu: market analysis, branding, positioning, budget management, and much more.

This will not be a solo slim game! You will be in close collaboration with the other marketing team members, product managers, and other stakeholders in the company to define new and refreshing commercial strategies for our products.

Your role

  • Market analysis: trends, competitors, and customer behaviour will never have secrets for you again.
  • Product analysis: you are the most important consultant, or worst nightmare of our product managers: you constantly analyse the products and brands.
  • Positioning and messaging: you know exactly where to be and what to tell.
  • Research: you’re constantly sniffing around the market and our customers as our very own Hercule Poirot
  • Pricing strategy: margins or volumes? This question will keep you awake at night. (yes, we’re flexible on office hours)
  • Campaign planning: you’re the (wo)man with the plan! And you can easily juggle all stakeholders to stick to the plan!
  • Budget planning: spend to pretend! But do it smart, we’ll only give you limited bags of cash...
  • Branding: put your products in the picture. But assure that it’s a nice picture first!
  • Event planning and management: yes, yes, you can go on site and drink some champagne, but you’ll have to prepare everything first!
  • Cross-Functional collaboration: you’ll be constantly talking with other departments. Not (only) gossip at the coffee machine, but real business talks!
  • Performance monitoring and reporting: sometimes, we’re serious as well... Prepare to be auto critical and open to learn!

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Experience as a Product Marketing Manager, preferably in the software or publishing industry, with a focus on accounting or fiscal products.
  • Good understanding of the Belgian accounting and fiscal market landscape, customer pain points, and industry trends.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse market data, conduct competitive research, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills (in Dutch + English or French + English), with the ability to develop persuasive positioning and messaging, and create impactful marketing collateral.
  • Budget management experience, with the ability to allocate resources effectively and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in market research tools, CRM systems, and BI tools.
