1.1. Objective

Ensure compliance with the specifications established by the client and by the organization in the development and industrialization of the product/project, exploring the technical resources of processes, implementing changes and continuous improvements, promoting the motivation, participation, and innovation of the entire team involved. Ensure that the process developments are in accordance with the expectations and values of the company complying with the established safety, quality, and organization standards.

Maximize the assertiveness of product/project developments optimizing time, costs, and quality.
