Program Coach and Regional Solutions Leader, EMEA - 2306124434WDescriptionProgram Coach and Regional Solutions Leader, EMEAMultiple Location: Belgium – Beerse/Brussels, Prague – Czech Republic, Madrid – Spain, Zug – SwitzerlandContract: Full TimeOverall, Purpose Of This JobThe Program Coach and Regional Leader, EMEA will be responsible for facilitating in-person, virtual, and blended learning experiences across the well-being practice portfolio and in support of the J&J Learn Well-being Practice strategy. They will deliver standard programs, custom workshops, and keynote sessions for all levels of employees across all sectors at J&J within the EMEA region.This role will also support the EMEA Well-being Practice strategy by working with regional stakeholders to understand their goals, objectives, and needs to support their employee well-being strategy. In addition, they will partner with EMEA leaders to increase support, and participation in employee well-being learning experiences and utilization of J&J Learn resources. They will partner with the learning solutions team and JJ Learn Regional Learning Strategy Lead to support strategic implementation of well-being programs across the portfolio.The Responsibilities & The Impact YOU Will HaveWell-Being Program Delivery- Facilitate well-being programs both virtually and in-person for both large and small group settings.
- Tailor delivery of courses/programs to meet stakeholder and/or business needs and enhance the participant experience to ensure relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness in the EMEA region.
- Support internal facilitation strategy by assisting with the recruitment, upskilling, and development of the EMEA internal facilitation cohort through mentorship, observation, and co-facilitation in the classroom.
- Develop sustainable strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the region.
- Drive value realization & maximize impact of internal offerings within Sectors by positioning Well-Being Practice solutions to help transform the organizational culture of wellbeing aligned to internal customer needs.
- Work to identify key customer insights and emerging areas of opportunity to drive innovation & evolution of the well-being portfolio of offerings.
- Review, assess & manage aggregator request with stakeholders to maintain experience, effectiveness & efficiency of learning programs leveraging our preferred supplier base.
- Assist with well-being program assumptions to support annual demand and business planning as well as financial forecasting.
- This includes developing annual assumption recommendations on program mix, program volume, and annual number of participants trained in the EMEA region. Balance and adjust as needed based on targets and allocated budget.
- Partner with the JJ Learn Regional Learning Strategy Lead, Well-Being Practice Solutions Leader, and JJ Learn Operations teams to implement well-being programs across the EMEA region by:
- Supporting regional pipeline creation, opportunity management, order booking in SalesForce
- 8 years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years of facilitation, training, and/or related experience .
- Highly developed presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and body language).
- Understands cultural differences to meet the needs of program participants.
- Ability to communicate complex information at the appropriate level for a global audience.
- Ability to handle sensitive interpersonal situations and information.
- High proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- One of the following certification paths is required:
- Professional Coaching Certification such executive, leadership, or organizational well-being
- Personal Training Certification (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ACE preferred) and Precision Nutrition Level 1 highly desirable
- Must embody strong interpersonal, relationship management, coaching and collaboration skills.
- Intellectually agile, someone who can handle ambiguity and has a problem-solving approach.
- Financial acumen and business planning skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS office tools
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
