Responsibilities:

Organization of upstream alignment between two clients
Setting up a system for task management and follow-up on (sub-)tasks
Setting up and managing works and document management environment
Quality control and general stream leader support, by ensuring quality of deliverables, proper validation, communication, and archiving
Follow-up of stakeholder management and (internal) communication

Required Skills:

Experience of at least 2 years in project support
Fluent in English - both spoken and written. Knowledge of Dutch, French or German is an positive attribute
Master’s degree in engineering / economics
Collaborative mindset, works well in a (project) team setting
