• Together with the project leader you determine the technical specifications of the projects and you are in consultation with customers and the internal parties involved
• You also manage the operational schedules of the various yards
• In this function you also make adjustments and model certain things in Revit or Autocad
• You order special materials yourself and you ensure that they arrive on the projects in time

• Master / Bachelor of Architecture - related
• Or equivalent due to relevant work experience
• Knowledge stabicad is not a must but a plus

• A gross annual salary between €50,000 and €65,000 depending on knowledge and experience
