As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects & work closely with stakeholders from different departments, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.Role & Responsibilities
  • Managing and performing all the administrative tasks related to the project lifecycle related to the development and maintenance of in-house applications
  • Managing the team requirements and team members
  • Budget management
  • Transforming the stakeholders’ requirements into business and technical specifications
  • Managing the time and the quality of the delivery
  • Being the single point of contact for our client
  • Writing proposals for the project, team management, deliverables and project planning
  • Providing support to the technical team when writing the technical specifications
  • Providing reporting to stakeholders as needed
  • Identify the key technical elements to ensure the success of the project
QualificationsYour Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a complex and multicultural environment
  • Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Performance Tracking)
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum Management, Lean agile
  • Good technical knowledge on the projects aspects
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Practical knowledge of reporting methods
  • Good knowledge of project management tools e.g. MS Project, Microsoft Excel
Any of the following certifications would be considered an asset
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • Certified in PM2
