For our client, a governmental organisation, we are looking for a hands-on team player ready to start as a Project Manager in charge of enhancing their specific project!

You will be responsible for managing the project backlog, coordinating with stakeholders and overseeing the success and implementation of the client’s database project.

Your responsibilities:
Project Management – Overseeing daily management and leadership of the project and the project team. Setting project controls. Designing the project structure appropriate to stage. Selecting and apply appropriate delivery methodologies.

Manage Backlog and ensure IT resources are used effectively and efficiently.

Reporting and following up upon the action points mentioned during meetings.

Guidance & Support – Seek appropriate support, guidance and coaching from the project community. Show commitment to personal development. Promote effective individual and team performance.

Track delivery within budget.

Schedule / manage resources to deliver the project. Working with team of IT developers.

Ensuring a smooth flow of information to the various stakeholders.

Identify key stakeholders and develop effective relationships.

Identify and monitor project risks and issues. Develop mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate.

Something for you? Yes! If:
You have 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager (Within government institutions is a bonus).

You have good communication, both verbal and written in French and Dutch and can express yourself well in English.

Have great internal and external communication skills.

Are a strategic thinker and work well independently and also with teams.

You are organised and not afraid of deadlines with a keen attention to detail.

You have extensive operational knowledge and analytical skills.
