Purpose of your function: Lead and manage the lifecycle of the projects (performant, usability, secure, within time and budget) according to customer needs, required business transformation and technology innovation.

Description

Your tasks: Initiate, create, modify and implement the architecture and services. During the preparation phase: focus on project definition and preparation in collaboration with customers and internal experts (project team):

  • Studies (intakes) project requests from the program management committee (CAB/PM)
  • Identifies customer and stakeholders
  • Assesses and challenges objective, impact, cost, desired end product, requested deliverables and services with stakeholders
  • Validates business needs, functional and technical validation of requested solutions (in collaboration with Business / Functional Analyst and Lead Development)
  • Create project plan according to Project Management methodology (waterfall and agile approach), set schedule with milestones, set budget
  • Present the project plan to the program management committee for validation
. Takes the lead on the project, monitors the project plan, scope, alignment with the release schedule, budget, progress of the work Coordinates all activities, communicates and aligns with all involved departments/customers/stakeholders .

In case of new customers: organizes the workshops, coordinates all activities, coordinates the concretization of the service, consults intensively with the customer during the entire project and follows up the integration in cooperation with the responsible marketing

  • Manages resources (people and means)
  • Organizes user tests and participates in their execution
  • Identifies and manages all risks and problems related to the project; takes appropriate actions. Periodically reports to the Program Management Committee on and regularly consults with the project initiator/sponsor (executive)
  • Project management administration and reporting; keeps project plans and timesheets up to date, provides timely and accurate data to PMO for the management reports of the Manager Operations
  • Evaluates the course and completion of the project with a view to knowledge sharing and lessons learned.

Your profile

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in project management in the financial sector
  • You have a bachelor degree in economic, financial or technical sciences
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch and French. You have knowledge of English
  • you are customer oriented
