For our client, active in renewable energy, JLE-Solutions is looking for a Project Manager who will develop wind energy projects: Project Manager Wind (m/f) Flanders Job description
  • Development of On-shore Wind Projects from A-Z
  • You work includes finding appropriate sites
  • You deal with business development tasks such as:
    • contacts with different stakeholders
    • negotiations of land lease contracts
    • contacts with local administrations/authorities & with the distribution system operator
  • You manage the writing up of the permit file
  • You are responsible for organizing and follow-up of the permitting process
  • You work in collaboration with internal & external colleagues
  • You work on the financial aspect: preparation & follow-up of the budgets
  • Assist in the negotiation with the wind turbines suppliers
  • Negotiation with the distribution system operator
  • Implementation of agreements with shareholders

Profil

Your Profile

  • Master degree or equivalent in experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience, senior profiles are also accepted
  • Native Dutch speaker, good knowledge of English and basic command of French
  • Driver¿s license B
  • A first experience in wind sector, as well as financial experience, is good but not essential
  • Affinity with sustainability and durability
  • Organized and eye for detail
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good team player and creative and solution minded
