PSA Engineer (H/F)

We are looking for a PSA Engineer to join our team in Brussels

Perform probabilistic safety assessment to meet the regulatory requirements regarding the development of internal/external hazards/events Level 1 PSA
Update the existing internal events models (using Risk Spectrum PSA), taking into account: Current status of the plant (experience feedback for the development of operating profiles, operating procedures, plant modifications, etc.) ; The State-of-the-Art methodologies
Evaluate of the existing Level 1 PSA models to evaluate their adequacy to perform PSA applications
Support to the Operator in the use of these models for various applications (assessment of plant modification, decision-making process, optimizing the training programs of operators, etc.)
Present and / or justify the results of the studies in front of the Safety Authorities

Master degree in Engineering. A Master in Nuclear Science constitutes a further asset
At least 5 years of professional experience in Level 1 PSA techniques in nuclear energy or equivalent other sectors (Fault Tree Analysis, Event Tree Analysis, RAMS, FMECA, etc.)
Good knowledge of RiskSpectrum® PSA software
Excellent knowledge of French and English. Willing to learn Dutch is an asset
An experience in performing internal/external Hazards PSA is an asset
With inquiring and critical mind, you are dynamic, rigorous, and pragmatic
Knowledge of computer Languages (e.g., Visual Basic) is an asset
Team player
Able to work autonomously
BA4/VCA/Nuclear Habilitation
