Janssen Benelux is looking for a dedicated Pulmonary Hypertension Specialist to reinforce our commercial team in region Brussels –Hainaut - Luxembourg. The position In this role you will be a member of the Therapeutic Area Pulmonary Hypertension. You will work in a dynamic environment, as this role will be constantly evolving towards a much more hybrid/digital/multichannel way of communicating with our customers. Close collaboration with colleagues including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to improve the sales of Janssen products, will be very important. General Responsibilities Your main task consists of building sustainable relationships with our partners and providing them information & support on our products, disease and expertise in field of Pulmonary Hypertension. You run your territory in an efficient way to reach your sales targets. You draw up an efficient and results delivering account plan to support your daily visits and promotional activities. You implement and update this action plan regularly and you act as the central point for your colleagues to reach the predefined goals together. Your planning skills help you to prepare field activities and projects, in line with the integrated strategic plan. You actively participate to monthly sales meetings and other internal meetings. You are able to quickly master the scientific material you have learned, and to translate it according to the needs of your individual customers. You are thoroughly familiar with products, disease, customers, territory dynamics and referral patterns and, in this way, earn respect from customers and co-workers alike. It is evident that you know and follow the healthcare compliance rules, business ethics procedures and quality standards. Qualifications We are hiring a hardworking and expert product specialist with high drive and dynamism, and familiarity with the hospital sector. Experience in orphan diseases and/or cardiovascular disease is a plus. You have an education at Master’s level in a medical/paramedical field or different if you have adequate knowledge and experience in scientific domains. You are comfortable with and skilled for selling both virtually and in face-to-face visits. You are eager to learn, able to connect with a wide range of different partners and have tight-knit collaboration skills. Establishing relationships comes natural to you. You have a driving license B You are fluent in French, have proficient knowledge in English, knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
