Your responsibilities:

Management of Q-HSEE

Support and development of the IMS Quality, Health, Safety Environment, Energy
Support of the different departments regarding implementation of the QSM (Quality System Manual)
Organization and implementation of measures regarding internal and external audits, audit planning as well as preparation work for the management review.
Interface to global requirements and projects
Management and monitoring of the certifications (ISO, TUV, …)
Management and maintenance of the DMS (Document Management System)
Responsible for collecting all environmental and energy related data on the location as well as management of SoFi data base (Software)
Management of local accident reporting.

Handling of complaints

Recording, processing of complaints related to the systems
Further development and support the handling of complaints process within the group and locally
Definition and support of measures and corrective actions

Legal and public law requirements

Handling of official procedures (e.g. Water law, entries in the land register, …)
Execution of operating facility permits (production facilities, lifts, cranes, etc.)
Construction approval procedures
Processing of recurring inspection requirements
Support and administration of the Red-on-line software

Product approvals

Creation of approval budgets
Implementation of new approvals in accordance with customer and authority requirements
Implementation of annual renewal approvals

Profile :

Degree as Civil or Industrial Engineering;
Good level in English;
Experience in a similar position is required;
Good knowledges in HSE, Quality Management and ISO Standards are needed;
Sense of responsabily and ability to work in team;
Good communication skills;
Problem solver mindset;
Stress resistant.
