Our Regulatory & Quality department is looking for a motivated Administrator to join our Zaventem office on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the documentation for the commercial quality management system by facilitating CAPA, NCE and IACA processes for the wider team.
  • Assist with and co-ordinate activities associated with the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • In collaboration with business process owners, this position will coordinate/facilitate and monitor the continuous improvement process by following up the quality records in the EQMS (Electronic Quality Management system) in compliance to internal procedures.
  • Maintain and update our internal systems to always ensure accuracy.
  • Be the first point of contact for Quality related questions and support.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following experience and qualifications:

Education: Degree in Business Administration or relatable subject is desirable.

Experience: Proven experience in an administration-based position is highly desirable.

Languages: English must be fluent, both written and spoken. Any other European language would be advantageous.
