Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement QA processes and standards following authorities guidelines and GMP
  • Review product specs, batch records, and quality test data to maintain our client’s high standards
  • Participate in deviations and CAPAs
  • Collaborate with different teams to address quality concerns and give guidance. Teamwork makes the dream work!
  • Keep important documents organized, like SOPs and batch records. No paperwork chaos, please!
  • Investigate issues and customer complaints to fix problems and prevent them from happening again

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
  • At least a first relevant experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance
  • Good knowledge of GMP
  • Familiarity with quality management systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good level in both English and French
